Spotify Korea의 VIP 프로그램을 총괄하며 VIP 선정 전략 수립부터 운영, APAC 협업까지 전 과정을 리드했다. 주요 아티스트 및 파트너와 연계한 Meet & Greet 경험을 기획, 실행하고, Spotify의 주요 이벤트 전반에서 Tier 1 VIP를 위한 프리미엄 소비자 여정을 설계했다. 이를 통해 VIP 참여도와 브랜드 경험의 질을 높이는 동시에, Spotify와 핵심 고객층 간의 관계를 강화하며 브랜드 로열티 구축에 기여했다.
Led Spotify Korea’s VIP program from strategy to execution, overseeing VIP nominations, program operations, and collaboration with APAC teams. Planned and delivered exclusive Meet & Greet experiences with artists and partners, while creating premium VIP journeys across Spotify’s key events. The program helped drive stronger engagement, elevate the overall brand experience, and build deeper connections with Spotify’s most valuable audiences.
